Hello valued customers, and welcome to the grand opening of our new shop (Puppet Works website 2.0). We're delighted to have you join us here and our staff are ready to be of assistance to serve your every need. In honour of the launch of our website we have lots of amazing and wonderful news to share with you too as we recap the past year!

2025 saw the 1st major expansion to Puppet Works existing services with the addition of 5 incredible new artists! In addition to the launch of the new website we are delighted to celebrate the 1 year anniversary event of when their joining was publicly announced. 2025 Highlights - We're now a GmbH!
You read that correctly, Puppet Works is officially a registered and licensed business based in Switzerland as of early Q2 2025.
We've worked within the VTuber and merch production space over 5 years now since our founding in 2021 during the height of the pandemic. From working with various brands from Phase Connect, Hololive, GamerSupps, VCard, UwU Drinks, as well as 100s of indie VTubers, content creators and many more, Puppet Works has become a staple name that many trust to deliver excellence!

It wasn't until 2023 that we grew beyond being just a small "guild" of Live2D riggers. Since then we have continued to expand by employing the services of artists, designers, video editors and some pretty amazing support staff too! (Not to toot mine or my wonderful colleagues' horns too much in that regard). However, this brings our team to an outstanding 20+ members now and counting!
Within just the past 3 years that same incredible team have successfully delivered over:

65 Unique Character Design Concepts
185 VTuber Models (including Art, and Rigging requests)
182 Illustrations / Character Artworks
80+ additional commission services
We're always honoured to have been trusted by so many of you to bring your VTuber and content creation dreams to the virtual stage! We hope to continue to do so for even more years to come with many exciting things planned for both 2026 and 2027!
NEW WEBSITE! Who dis?
OKAY...Yes we know! We've heard the same complaint about not having a functioning, working website a million times over throughout the years, and don't you worry, we felt the exact same pains you did 24/7. Therefore, we thank you most graciously for your patience in bearing with us till this day!
It took quite a lot of time to get everything just right and we're very sorry our shop unfortunately had no roof till now That said, yours truly, as well as through the benevolent grace of many of our talented artists, the lovely Graphic Designer 🖍️🦕@Saura and our Gen 5 members are pleased to bring you a brand new shiny website that we hope will solve all our collective woes!
Oh...Ooops...
Did I leak Gen 5 is also a thing? Well...not to worry folks!
We'll come back to that at a later date this year!!!
Puppet Works Website 2.0 - Patch Notes
With this new website, we tried our very best to bring you an easy to navigate and helpful UX/UI web experience! As such, we hope you'll find this a lot better than our old carrd site, or placeholder PowerPoint slide deck that struggled to load. That said, we are always open to continued feedback so please do let us know if you encounter any issues.
Across the new site you will find various features with some extra special cool additions that will improve your user experience even further when on desktop! Sorry mobile users 🙏 But we do hope you'll still find the site work well enough until we put out a further patch specifically for mobile devices later.

COMING SOON! - This page will feature all of our teams starting prices for their services with critical information for consideration when considering who you wish to hire.
However for our new websites initial launch this page is not yet live, and will instead be available later in an upcoming future patch! Oh...yes! THATS RIGHT! For the 1st time ever in Puppet Works history we now have a dedicated merch store with physical items available for purchase!
In fact we have our first big merch drop "Sunshine Memories," an incredible summer themed artbook in collaboration with 25+ amazing guest artists from 𝕏 Nanoless, 𝕏 Kamochiruu, 𝕏 MitsuArt and many more.

Puppet Works Website 2.0 - Known Issues
Load times for returning to the homepage take longer than expected. - Should you encounter increased loading times more than a few seconds please attempt to refresh the page for now
Various visual assets present on the desktop pc version of the website do not appear on mobile devices - this is an intentional decision for now in which we have limited the content on display for mobile devices to improve user experience
I cannot download any images off the Puppet Works website - this is intentional and by design to protect both Puppet Works and are team members intellectually property

As I've mentioned multiple times throughout this post, there is a lot to be excited for that the whole team at Puppet Works has been preparing the past year. The rest of 2026 and 2027 is going to be truly magical with all the things that the team has been workshopping and I know my colleagues can't wait to share it all with you.
