Can I request a specific member's services?

Absolutely! Once a commission is placed, our managers will review the requested member's schedule and contact you with the nearest available window. If that window doesn't work for you, you'll have the option to either join the waitlist or choose another member.

How does this work?

After you reach out, one of our managers will contact you with a few essential questions. We then review our team's schedules to select the best available member for your project. The chosen member will work with you to determine the price, and once agreed, we'll finalize the invoicing, start date, and project timeline.

Question 4

How long does a commission completion usually take?

Accepted Answer

The time required to complete a commission depends on the scope of work, the assigned team member, and any additional requirements such as NDAs or rush orders. As some members are also active streamers, commissions involving NDAs may take longer, or incur additional cost as compensation for disruption to a members usual streaming activity. A specific completion date will be established during the onboarding process

Can my Vtuber Model be done in-house?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive, end-to-end service—including character design, model art, rigging, as well as additional assets such as emotes, screens, and panels. We highly recommend this integrated approach, as it enables us to work closely together throughout the project, refining every detail and ensuring the highest overall quality.

Can I join Puppet Works?

Thank you for your interest! We’re currently not looking to hire new team members at the moment.     However, we’d always love to hear from you and are happy to review any speculative applications for consideration in relation to any future opportunities that may become available at a later date.

Yes, select members offer NSFW commissions. Please inquire about your specific requirements, and we will work with you to find a suitable match for your request.

What payment options do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs. Once your commission is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice via email with a payment link. You can choose from methods such as direct bank transfers, PayPal, Wise, and Stripe. With Stripe, you have additional options like Visa, Google Pay, and more. We also offer flexible payment plans upon discussion with management and the assigned team member.

Can you send invoices for tax write off?

All invoices are fully documented with all the necessary information for your tax records and will be sent to your email once the price is finalized.
