At Puppet Works, we take pride in delivering exceptional Live2D services and digital art assets tailored to the needs of creators and businesses. From custom Vtuber models to animations, overlays, illustrations, emotes, badges, banners, and beyond, we are committed to transforming your ideas into stunning, high-quality results.

These Terms of Service (ToS) outline the agreement between you ("the Client") and Puppet Works. By engaging our services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. For inquiries or clarifications, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Definitions
Client: The individual or entity commissioning Puppet Works' services.
Corporate Client: A recognized business entity or organization submitting a project request.
Creative Team: The skilled riggers, artists, and animators assigned to your project.
Project Manager: Your primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
Deliverables: The final assets provided to the Client, such as Live2D models, animations, and other digital art files.
Source Files: Editable project files (e.g., Live2D Cubism files, *.cmo3). These are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Scope of Services
Live2D Services: Rigging, animation, and model creation for Vtubers and content creators.
Digital Art Assets: Custom animations, overlays, illustrations, emotes, badges, banners, and other creative content.
Comprehensive Packages: Bundled solutions for creators and businesses seeking a unified visual identity.
General Policies
Eligibility: Clients must be 18 years or older and capable of managing communications and payments independently.

Languages Supported: We provide services in English and German.
Project Applications: Submit all required materials, such as fully prepared PSD files. Applications are confirmed upon receipt of the initial payment.

Pricing: Pricing listed on our website serves as a guideline and may vary depending on the complexity, features, and timeline of the project.
Project Process
Initial Assessment: After reviewing your application, we will match you with a suitable team member based on your needs and preferences.

Material Submission: Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., layered PSD files). Additional charges may apply for incomplete or incorrectly prepared files.

Communication: The Project Manager will act as your primary liaison via email or Discord. Regular updates can be arranged upon request.
​
Work Previews: Puppet Works may share progress previews on social media unless the Client requests confidentiality.
Revisions and Feedback
Deliverables are provided for Client review upon project completion and receipt of the final payment.
Feedback must be submitted within two weeks. We aim to address reasonable revision requests; however, changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
Deliverables

Final assets will be delivered as a compressed archive containing all agreed-upon files.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their deliverables. While we utilize secure storage systems, we cannot guarantee against data loss beyond our retention policies.
Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
​
Payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced, except in cases where Puppet Works is unable to fulfil the agreement.
​
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are prohibited from initiating chargebacks without prior communication.
Copyright and Crediting
​
Puppet Works retains the right to display project previews and completed works in portfolios or on social media, with proper credit to the Client and collaborating Artists.

Deliverables may be used for commercial purposes provided that credits are given to Puppet Works where appropriate.
​
Clients must notify Puppet Works if ownership of the deliverables is transferred (e.g., model resale).
Usage and Modifications

All assets are intended for their specified purposes (e.g., VTube Studio for Live2D models).
​
Significant modifications should only be made with prior consultation, as unauthorized changes may affect the quality and integrity of the assets.
Puppet Works does not guarantee support for unapproved third-party applications or plugins.
