They were incredible!! I asked for a rush commission & Puppet Works took me on despite the holidays in order for me to be able to debut on my desired day. I submitted a couple of bugs that I found, which they fixed instantly, & then went out of their way to fully test my model & fix everything that they've noticed themselves on top of that.

Extremely smooth & enjoyable experience. From the start, staff are very kind & do their best to help you with what you need. If they don't have openings in the timeframe you want they're happy to help pass you along to trusted artists who aren't affiliated with Puppet Works, which is an incredibly awesome gesture. Throughout the entire development process I was able to sit back & let the artist I commissioned do their thing without having to worry. I knew that if problems arose or if I got curious about the status of my commission I could always ask staff & they would come back to me with helpful details.
